Catching up...

I've been a little MIA for a bit, but now I'm back and catching up! We are still in love with taking pictures of Macey, no matter what she seems to be doing! I also got to celebrate my 28th birthday on Sept. 30th. The kids and dad helped me celebrate with a chocolate cake and ice cream, birthday smooches and LOTS of singing of "Happy Birthday!" A fun surprise that night was a knock on the door and some of my Beehives standing there to say hello and have some cake with us (also while doing Pennies by the Inch!!). The last few pictures are of my pre-baked and after baked peach pie. It was the first time in my life I'd ever tried such an endeavor and I have to say, Chris, it wasn't up to your magnificent creation we had on Conference weekend, but it was a close second!! No prizes for looks, but it tasted very good and I was so proud. Pie crusts are an art form I've decided, and though I will probably never perfect it like my brothers Chris and Scott, it did the trick in a pinch!!

Yes, I had the baby 6 weeks ago, I know, UN-flattering shirt... but it was so cute on the rack!

Hello Montano family! We stumbled upon your blog and we are glad we did. We had no idea #3 already came! She is a cutie. Your kids are growing up so fast. We are expecting baby boy #3 in January. We only have one kind of mold at our house. It has been great catching up on you guys.

I feel so bad!! I totally forgot to send you a b-day email. I even got 2 reminder emails from my little birthday thing I have set up - - I am the WORST friend EVER!! I am so forgetful, I seriously forget things all the time these days, anyway, Happy (late) birthday! I hope you had a great day and your pie looks absolutely divine-yummy!!
