New Moon....

THE TWILIGHT SAGA: NEW MOON trailer in HD

Mist, this is for you! Reserve the date!! We're there!!

Ahhh, That Old Place....

I found this to share with all you new friends who have ever asked me where I went to high school and what our mascot was. The response "Don" always gets a "What?" in return, so I thought I'd clarify. I have been busy packing and that leads only to the discovery of old forgotten photos of high school, fond memories of dances, and the realization of how much effort I did NOT put into my appearance! My 10 year reunion is also coming up next month so when I found these pictures on my friend Rachel's blog, I couldn't help but steal them!! It's so fun to remember such an integral part of life! Thanks for the memory lane visit Rach!

Graduation Day, Spanish Fork High 1999...

Tell Me Why????

So the question is why? Why do I continue to buy those baby "biter biscuits"? I swore after I had bought my first box with my first child, never again would I buy those terribly messy things. Then, I remember buying a box with my second child and now why have I not learned my lesson with number 3? The only reason I can think of is this...
The absolute sheer JOY and HAPPINESS they bring!!

See? I guess cleaning up the glued on mess everywhere, changing clothes AGAIN (this is her second outfit already. She spit up ALL over her first one) isn't that big of a deal when you get these sort or results... right? I'll keep telling myself that! :)

Now if only the rain would stop so we could get summer started!

Memorial Day...

There are real animals there, but these ones are hands on!

Look at how BIG she is getting!

We had a pretty low key and relaxing Memorial Day. We went to Tautphaus Park Zoo in Idaho Falls, a fav of Marin and Jace's. It's not the most exciting zoo, but they love it. We did this last year and so maybe it's becoming a bit of a tradition. And can I just say, the Lemon Creme Cake dessert at Olive Garden....................... HEAVEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello Sunshine!!

Marin graduated from It's a Small World Preschool...

They put on a cute program where they all had parts...

The Graduation March... she has finally done something neither of her parents have... (we both graduated from USU, but never walked in our graduations!)

Good friends Saddie and Chase...

Her amazing teachers Miss Cathy and Miss Jackie...

Marin's dance recital was also last weekend. She did such a great job dancing to the song "Hello Sunshine". Grandma Montano was able to come up to watch... I have a video of the dance and I'm trying to get it to upload, so hopefully soon Mom you'll be able to see it! Marin loves her dance teachers and of course the costumes. It was so fun to see her dance so happy and smiling the entire time... A bit different from last years recital :)

MOAB!!!!

We went to Moab this past weekend for some family fun, but decided it would be more fun if we left Macey with Grandma and Grandpa Rice. So of course, this kids have to ride Sweetie...

Macey wasn't too thrilled about the 4-wheeler...

and get a ride on the motorcycle...

We love Sweetie!!

Our adventures in Moab begin!

This was at the new visitors center...

Our first hike, to just get our feet wet with!

I guess it's time for a new camera, I have no idea why half of my pics turned out like this (arg!)
This is Balancing Rock...

Hiking to the Windows....

The cousins! Regan, Baylee, Esi, Jace, Marin, Maya, Abby and Dakota!

The beautiful Delicate Arch. It was a 3 mile hike all around and worth every step!

Marin, Teah, Esi and Havi, so glad to have made it!

YEAH! We made it!!

It was such a good idea to not invite Macey on this trip. 3 miles is a bit much and we ended up carrying both Marin and Jace for a ways, but still, so worth it!

The next day we rented Jeeps and headed out to Canyonlands for some fun! None of the pictures I took gave what we did any justice at all! Let me just tell you, Elephants back is not for beginners!! We love that our Uncle Nate got this together and took us along! It was awesome! The kids (and mostly Matt) LOVED jeeping.

Yes, Jace was the ONLY boy cousin on this trip! I am just so glad his girly cousins aren't too girly and love to hike, get dirty, try to catch lizards (and collect sticks!) with him!

We jeeped to this trail head and hiked to where the Green and Colorado Rivers meet. I would say they need to be renamed to the Brown and the Muddy Rivers!!

We loved going back to the hotel and swimming after a hard days hiking and jeeping!

We loved Moab and weren't ready to come home yet! This is going to have to be an annual tradition!!
